Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

  3. Add peanut butter and honey, mixing until well combined.

  4. Stir in the oats and Nutrasumma vanilla protein powder to form a sticky dough.

  5. Gently fold in the blueberries without crushing them.

  6. Scoop dough into 8 balls, place on the baking sheet, and press down gently.

  7. Bake at 350°F for 12–14 minutes, or until lightly golden on the edges and set in the center.

  8. Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
