Please note that this Return & Refund Policy only applies to products purchased from nutrasumma.com and not from other third-party websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.

U.S. customers receive a 30-day money-back guarantee on their purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Only regular or sale priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.

To return your purchase:

• Email us a return request at customerservice@nutrasumma.com with your order #number and reasons for return.
• Send back your purchase to 1315 John Reed Court, City of Industry, CA, 91745. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for the return of the item.
• After receiving your return, we will refund your purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
• Once your refund is processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
