Shipping Policy

We strive for same or next-business-day fulfillment from the date an order is placed. Once your package is shipped out, it generally takes about 3-7 business days to reach you!  If you’re experiencing any issues with your shipment, please email us at customerservice@nutrasumma.com with your order number and we’ll be pleased to assist.

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders of at least $50.00 before tax for destinations within the contiguous lower 48’s of the United States and the District of Columbia. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $5.95 for Standard Shipping.
• $5.95 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $50.00.
• Unless otherwise stated, free shipping is also offered on all orders regardless of amount during any promotional event in which our store is running specials.
