Ingredients of the Carrot Cake Protein Waffle

  • 1 scoop of Nutrasumma Fermented Pea Protein – Vanilla Flavor
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp of flax
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
