Berries Protein Frozen Yogurt Bark

Berries Protein Frozen Yogurt Bark

Say goodbye to store-bought frozen treats loaded with sugar and hello to this homemade, high-protein frozen yogurt bark! It’s creamy, fruity, and so simple to make with Nutrasumma Vanilla Pea Protein for that extra protein boost. Perfect for summer snacking, meal prep, or a healthy dessert the whole family will love!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 scoop Nutrasumma Vanilla Pea Protein

  • ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • ⅓ cup granola (for crunch)

Instructions:

  1. Make the base:
In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt with the vanilla pea protein. Whisk or stir until completely smooth and evenly mixed. The vanilla protein adds natural sweetness and a creamy, dessert-like flavor without added sugar.

  2. Spread it out:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it into an even layer, about ¼–½ inch thick.

  3. Top it:
Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, blueberries, and granola evenly over the yogurt layer. Gently press them down so they stick as they freeze.

  4. Freeze:
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely frozen solid.

  5. Break into pieces:
Once frozen, remove from the freezer and lift the parchment paper to release the bark. Break or cut it into pieces.

  6. Store and enjoy:
Keep the yogurt bark pieces in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy straight from frozen for a cool, protein-packed treat!
