Shipping and Return Policies
We strive for same or next-business-day fulfillment from the date an order is placed. Once your package is shipped out, it generally takes about 3-7 business days to reach you! If you’re experiencing any issues with your shipment, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll be pleased to assist.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders of at least $50.00 before tax for destinations within the contiguous lower 48’s of the United States and the District of Columbia. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $5.95 for Standard Shipping.
- $5.95 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $50.00.
- Unless otherwise stated, free shipping is also offered on all orders regardless of amount during any promotional event in which our store is running specials.
Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from www.nutrasumma.com and not from other third-party websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.
U.S. customers receive a 30 day money back guarantee on their purchase*. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Only regular or sale priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.
To return your purchase:
- Email us a return request at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #.
- Send back your purchase to Nutrasumma, Inc., 4202 E Elwood St., Suite 28, Phoenix, AZ 85040. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of the item.
- After receiving your return, we will refund your purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
- Once your refund is processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
*Refunds are limited to a maximum of $200. Refund policy subject to change without notice.
