Fudge Brownies

Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

1 Cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup coconut milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Pea Protein
1/4 Cup Truvia (or xylitol)
3 tbsp Cacao powder
1/4 cup Coconut butter melted
1 tsp liquid chocolate stevia

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375.


2. Spray or grease up a muffin tray.


3. Mix into purée. Should be consistency of pancake mix, add a little bit of milk if needed.


4. Bake for 14-18 minutes.


5. Let set in pan for 10 minutes and then put them in your face.
