Carrot Cake Waffle

Nutrasumma Carrot Cake Waffle Recipe


  • 1 scoop of Nutrasumma Vanilla Fermented Pea Protein Powder 
  • 1 Egg 
  • 1 cup of Coconut Milk 
  • 1/4 cup of Shredded Carrots 
  • 1 Tbsp of Flax 
  • 1 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice 
  • 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup 
  • Optional: Whip Cream, Pecans, Coconut Sugar, Cream Cheese


  • Preheat a waffle iron.
  • In a large bowl, mix the ingredients 
  • Cook until the edges are slightly crisp. Serve with maple syrup and the coconut cream, if using.
