- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped the next business day (Mon – Fri, excluding recognized holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped within 48 business hours.
- If we are unable to verify your credit card shipping may be delayed.
- Back Orders: In the event of a back-ordered item, the item will ship, at no additional charge as soon as the product is available. Back-ordered items are usually shipped within 7 – 10 business days.
Shipping & Delivery - International Orders
- Any additional charges levied by your countries customs department is the recipients responsibility. The carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment we will refund your order, minus shipping and return shipping charges, once the order is received back in our warehouse.
- If your order is stopped by your countries customs department and shipped back to our warehouse we will contact you and issue a full product refund, minus shipping/handling charges. If the product is seized by customs officials, and not returned to us, we will not be able to refund any part of the order.
- We will ship the order to the exact address that you provide. Once an order has left our warehouse we cannot change an address or delivery information. This could cause a delay in receiving your order and / or non-receipt of the order.
- If you have any questions regarding your countries import regulations we encourage you to contact your customs department directly. As the recipient of the product (importer of record) you must comply with the laws and regulations of your country.
- Nutra Summa™ values our customers and respect your privacy. We will never share, or sell, your information to other companies and/or business entities.
- We use your information in the following ways:
- To properly process and fulfill your order.
- To inform you of the latest products, specials, or industry news.
- To protect your identity and the security of your transaction.
- *No refunds or credit will be issued after the product is shipped on cold-ship products. We will replace damaged or defective cold-ship items.

Attention: Returns - All items must be returned in good condition, in original containers, with all paperwork, and mailed back within 30 days of ship date to ensure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept COD returns. We recommend that you use a shipping method that utilizes tracking numbers.
- We will process refunds within 14 days of our receiving your returned product.
- If you receive a damaged product, contact our customer service department within 30 days of delivery. Please be prepared with your invoice and damaged product information. Our customer service department will advise you on the proper handling of your product. We will ship replacement products in a timely manner.
- We currently accept PayPal as our only form of secure payment.
Promotions: Redeeming your Promotion Code
- Please enter any applicable Nutra Summa special promotion codes in the box next to “Discount Codes” in your Nutra Summa shopping cart and click the “APPLY” button.
- Codes are case-sensitive. Only one discount code per order. Please note that discount codes are not redeemable after the discount code expiration date.
- Applicable Arizona sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to an Arizona address.
