Ready to Give It a Try? Here’s What You Need.

Ingredients:

80g (1/4 cup, about 3 oz) Oat Flour (blend oats until fine)

1 scoop of Nutrasumma Fermented Pea Protein - Unflavored

6g Matcha Powder

5g Baking Powder

20g (3/4 oz) Cane Sugar (or sugarless substitutes of your choice)

2 Whole Eggs

150g (3/5 cup) Skim (fat-free) Milk

Chocolate chips for topping

Instructions:

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C) and prepare a cookie mold or any mold of your choice by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.

Combine Dry Ingredients:

In a big bowl, mix oat flour, Nutrasumma Fermented Pea Protein, matcha powder, baking powder, and cane sugar until they're well combined.

Add Wet Ingredients:

Add the eggs and fat-free milk to the dry mix. Stir until everything is well mixed and the batter is smooth but thick enough to pour.

Pour and Add Chocolate Chips:

Pour the batter into the prepared mold, making sure it's spread out evenly. Then, sprinkle chocolate chips on top for that extra chocolatey goodness.

Baking:

Put the mold in the oven and bake for around 30 minutes, or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean. Keep an eye on them to avoid over-baking; baking times can vary with different ovens.

Cool and Enjoy:

Once they're baked, let your matcha protein fiber bites cool in the mold for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. After they're cool, cut them into bite-sized pieces and enjoy the tasty mix of matcha, protein, and chocolate.
